Like I said before, the people are this company's greatest asset. Unfortunately, the management does not respect them at all. Despite talking about "G2A Family", teams are being torn apart every few months due to "reorganizations", and individuals get fired for made-up reasons (and instantly walked out of the office in a very humiliating manner), which takes away any sense of stability.
Another thing is projects that either go on forever or are being terminated unfinished without any respect for the team's hard work (sometimes, team members even get fired, blamed for the project's failure; and somehow, the lousy management is never to blame...). No consistent strategy whatsoever, and there are very few competent managers, both in management and their domain (even though there is a LOT of managers, and this number is growing month by month, unlike the number of regular workers).
