      Pros

      You will learn. Good as a starter. Only for freshers. Colleagues are cooperative.

      Cons

      Experienced people should not waste their time by joining this company. Growth is worst sometimes its less than 5%. Your appraisal will depend on your date of joining not on your work. Favouritism exists at its best. In Medical Devices(GDME Team) your QC lead will not be knowing what they are doing and why they are making you to do the things. You will be called on weekends no excuses will work here. Many times you will be blamed for the work you even dont know who did that.

      Opportunities to learn. Good leave policy- 2 credited each month/ weekends off. Good Infrastructure. World class products. Canteen facility available within the premises.

      Cons

      High work pressure- difficult to achieve targets/daily 100% +++ commitment. Difficult to maintain work-life balance. No Cab facility. Low salary compared to the work done. Unable to retain employees in the long run. Low appraisal at work.
