Pros

Was a good place to work, good people and some very hard working colleagues, and some not hard working. support was also great from office colleagues and those at HQ in Germany

Cons

It all changed when consultants were brought in to the group and started to make changes, not all decisions were bad but the ball was set rolling before the important changes had been made.

No pros of working for GEA. Avoid if you can.

Cons

- Toxic office culture (full of backstabbers) - Prison like atmosphere - Management very unprofessional - Training package wasn't great - No flexibilty of working from home (constantly told you need gain trust to WFH) - Expectation of working overtime (unpaid)
