      Good earning potential, ability to gain experience within the commercial plumbing and heating sector if not previously gained.

      Cons

      no system in place to allow engineers to fully recover when covering callout rota, no realistic training course system provided to engineers to progress career.

      Coffee was good (and free) Free fruit Occasional lunches There is training available, but not what you need/want, only what makes the company look good. Inclusivity days

      Cons

      Poor communication Blame culture No trust Poor management Lack of empathy/understanding Backstabbing “persons” everywhere Legal minimum on most things (except pay), they'd like to give you less leave, sick and pension, but they're not allowed to.
