      Pros

      Cant think of any and so would never recommend. Maybe I was unlucky with a bad team.

      Cons

      Awful place to work, no motivation amongst employees, no teamwork, cut throat. I have worked at 3 institutions previously and had positive experiences but this place was depressing.

      Pros

      The people are supportive and responsive. As someone who asks a lot of questions and is enthusiastic, you really get the same energy and enthusiasm as you are given or more.

      Cons

      There are some desks that are much more busy than others, where the experience may be slow. However this is normal at brokerage firms, so try to keep up some conversation.
