      work life balance, Supportive culture

      Cons

      Things are messed up all over the organization, No growth in terms of monetary benefits, You will have to play multiple roles for a below industry salary, Management will keep on receiving your advises but when it comes to spending money on projects they just back out, Poor execution of ideas, Once you submit resignation papers they will treat you like enemies.
