Pros

A large organization with connections to leading players in the industry. A lot of huge contracts and a variety of Engineering jobs. Prompt payment of salary.

Cons

Well it's a one man company, so basically 1. salary is small. 2. Field service rate for engineers is so low and its paid after almost 4 months +, 3. Experienced engineers leave the company after a very short time.
