I've never worked somewhere that is so dedicated to mediocrity. Innovation and change (at least in the area that I was in) was treated like a disease. If you like working for a company that resembles a public company, where everyone moves as slow as possible - but just fast enough to avoid being fired -then this is the place for you. There are managers in certain areas that have zero experience in what they are supposed to be managing. When I brought concerns to my manager, he told me he didn't even care about what we were doing, and told me to just "do stuff". People aren't treated like professionals in their areas of expertise, but just cogs in a wheel.

repetitive work, outdated practices, no unit testing, in-house language, little opportunity to move up. limited learning opportunities, not a fan of the location either, average benefits, below average salary
