      Smoke & Mirrors type of company....too good to be true

      Pros

      Good company to gather knowledge in multiple areas of security, including physical security.

      Cons

      Prepare for micromanagement! There are some managers that are like octopuses and stick their hand into everything just to justify that they are doing something. Beware of false promises. Have EVERYTHING written down. Also, when answering emails, think ahead of 4 or 5 steps as the "family" loves to kick back at you. Expect little to no work/life separation and be ready for those who workaholics. As for PTO, jeje, get down on your knees and ask for them...be aware that they WILL CALL you on during your PTO... If you are not a member of the family expect to be treated as an outsider always. Expect the unexpected.

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is that there are some really competent people in the red team that really know their cyber security stuff and you can learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      Where to begin. The company is run like a company from the 1970s where you're expected to view your job as your biggest priority and the company doesn't even try to values their employees. The company is full of nepotism where only the family have big roles in the company and only an bigger role will increase your salary significantly. Remote work is taboo event thought a lot of people could do their job from their home. It's run by people in their 60s and 70s so they are way behind on how to be a company that cares about they're employees. They forbid tattoos, piercings, dying hairs and that sort of stuff (old people).
