      Pros

      Colleagues were really good and supportive. Work ambiance was good. There was a good work-life balance and a lot to learn.

      Cons

      Top management were not focused about the company's growth. No increment. HR personnel were not at all cooperative and sometimes, there was no response from them even after repeated follow-ups.
