      good benefit overall 22 weeks parental leave, 2 wellbeing days extra, wfh

      Cons

      it feels like the business structure and work requirement are changing all the time, and there's a huge amount of uncertainty there. When they want you to take one something, they praise you to the skies. but when it comes to giving you a raise, suddenly they say your performance isn't good enough. Big red flag.
