Pros

Brilliant engineers who are happy to teach and help, lots of opportunities for training and conferences, very cool and challenging work. Love the fringe benefits (they send thank you cupcakes to your house as a little thank you / good job reward).

Cons

Company is distributed over several states so don't get to see everyone.

Sinking ship with extremely poor leadership

Pros

Benefits are decent and affordable and many employees work from home.

Cons

The leadership team at this company have been a disaster for the past 5 years. There was a mass exodus of people in 2022 who left after the previous CEO left. The senior leadership that were put in place since have very poor leadership skills and are far from strategic. They are constantly making decisions based on their immediate reaction and don’t communicate transparently to the larger team. They trust their Directors (some who are very inexperienced and have no training or any idea what they are doing)to manage people and bring in new business. This company is failing and hiding it.
