Very money focused, do not seem to care or be interested in client needs at all. Absent management, training for staff promised, but not delivered. Regional management arrogant, dismissive. In their own words "Do not care about people" and it shows. No HR department, only admin who does not respond to any e-mails due to being overloaded with work.
No recognition for hard work, very heavy gender bias. Rewards and recognition influenced by interpersonal connections rather than performance.
Very dated procedures, loads of unnecessary paperwork, that could be consolidated. Small business trying to fit into shoes that are too big.
