Good work life balance, Feiendly employee base. less of politics, good exposure to new technology
Cons
less onsite oppurtunities but should not be a problem if you are not looking for one.

1. Work from home option available(4 days per month) 2. Flexible timings -office( Morning you can attend calls from home and you can come late or you can leave early ) 3. Excellent support from QE Manager 4. Onsite opportunities more (B1 and H1B) 5. Attractive salary(take-home salary you will get more -no much cuttings) 6. Trust on employees(last but not least) what else you need?
