Pros

Across the many departments there are some very decent and hard working people. The new building still has potential but it will take time

Cons

There is a real sense of unrest in the office so far this year alone as there has been a shocking amount of people leaving in there droves. This has had a knock on effect as those who remain find that they are doing 2 jobs at the same time without any extra pay, appreciation or real incentive. Moral is low as it seems like there are no opportunities for career progression or development.

Thank you for the feedback you provided in your Glassdoor review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not been an entirely positive one. Our staff turnover is lower than industry average and we also get a high number of people returning to GTB because of the culture and environment, so we are sorry to hear that your experience does not reflect that. We would like to get a better understanding of your views and discuss any suggestions you may have so please feel free to come and talk to a member of the HR team any time. We can also discuss your career path to ensure you are benefiting from the many opportunities to progress and develop here. We would also encourage you to discuss your career plans with your line manager. We truly value our employees and are proud of our culture and the work we do. We do however recognise that there are always things we can do better and as such, we are rolling out at a number of initiatives in 2017 which will allow us to build on what we have and make GTB an even greater place to work.

Pros

best client relationship you will find in adland. generous budgets to produce big scale work. AMAZING offices and views (you will be working in one of the best offices in London). best people I have come across in this industry.

Cons

one client set up means only specialising on Ford mostly. but the upside is that you will get to be truly integrated across PR, digital, social, TV etc. although not a con for me, some people may feel that this is not the fastest paced environment in adland. It is down to the individual to shape his/her role to feel it has pace. your career and scope for progression will truly be in your hands. I went for it and made a great a addition to my CV which contributed to landing another great job 5 years down the line

Pros

Everyone talks about agencies being all about the people, but GTB actually walks the talk. Supported in terms of personal development, a culture of inclusivity and openness. The widest breadth and opportunity of work for you to choose from - you can never say you'd get bored of the opportunities available.

Cons

Understated and not great at self PR, bells and whistles (meaning they care more about getting the job done than the politics and fanfare).
