Pros

Health insurance and a paycheck. The only other positive I can think of is that if you do sign on and really don't like it, you'll move on to something else within a years time. The average tenure at this place is something like 10-14 months. Also, can confirm with the other reviewers that the reviews submitted on October 6th were submitted by the company's leadership in an attempt to pad their rating on this site (any company rebuttal is a bold-faced lie) - that alone speaks for itself.

Cons

The environment is toxic, false promises about bonus opportunity, no opportunity for advancement, salaries are below industry average (that's how they make their money), I could go on and on - just think of all the qualities you would like to see in a great company - and take the opposite of that.

Pros

They brought us Chipotle occasionally.

Cons

Absolutely awful employer. They work you 60 hour weeks, then once their bank is satisfied, you get called into HR and tossed aside like radioactive waste. Unless you get into the popular clique. Make sure you're young and pretty

Pros

Nice location and office. A lot of young and energetic recent graduates working here.

Cons

I was fired because I wasn't producing enough work. I had someone who was presented as a leader in the company telling me that my group members and myself were all fine and had nothing to worry about even though we weren't getting as much work done as was usually expected. This was because the company was at the end of a project and all the difficult work had been put off until the end (I guess employees were throwing back more difficult files in favor of easier ones so they could meet their quotas and try for bonuses). This person told me several times that the partners knew that we were doing harder work and that we just needed to keep doing our best and that we were all fine. The next thing I know I am being fired and when I asked for the specific reason why I was being let go the answer was because I wasn't completing enough files. No one said anything to me at all warning me that I wasn't producing enough, in fact, I was repeatedly getting the opposite message.
