Pros

Game Closure is a "work hard, play hard" company with great benefits and very competitive salaries. The company creates addictively fun games using some of the most important and ground-breaking metrics-based game systems I've encountered. The team is extremely smart and motivated. Everyone is warm and inviting and cares very much about helping employees achieve a positive work/life balance. I can't say enough about what a friendly and supportive group of people I found everyone to be.

Cons

An intense (but rewarding), fast paced, customer-focused development environment best suited for those who enjoy this kind of excitement and high energy.

Pros

Very flexible working time Comfortable project timeline Nice benefit Experienced colleagues Professional project management * While there are bad reviews, they are in the old time. It must be accepted that start-ups are messy and unorganized. I had left before and then reemployed, so I understand more or less about how things work and not-work here. What important to me is the passion and will-power of my colleagues, and how I could learn from their expertises. Benefit and salary might not be sky-high but I am happy with it.

Cons

No career advancement Questionable stability No proper training
