Game Closure is a "work hard, play hard" company with great benefits and very competitive salaries. The company creates addictively fun games using some of the most important and ground-breaking metrics-based game systems I've encountered. The team is extremely smart and motivated. Everyone is warm and inviting and cares very much about helping employees achieve a positive work/life balance. I can't say enough about what a friendly and supportive group of people I found everyone to be.

It must be accepted that start-ups are messy and unorganized. I had left before and then reemployed, so I understand more or less about how things work and not-work here. What important to me is the passion and will-power of my colleagues, and how I could learn from their expertises. Benefit and salary might not be sky-high but I am happy with it.
