Pros
I absolutely love the colleagues that I get to work with here. Everyone is not only passionate about what they do, they are also passionate about sharing knowledge and engaging with others.
Cons
Being a consultancy, it is a challenge to find stability (in terms of projects, teams, and prospects for the future) and it can be hard to get comfortable with the pace of the changes.

Pros
Gaslight's company culture is healthy and relaxed. Employee benefits are great, and rotating small team projects allow for great individuals to increase their experience at a good rate.
Cons
Not all projects are perfect at all times
