Pros

Corporate structure is great. Bonus incentive and profit sharing after 3 years. Insurance offered after 90 days.

Cons

Long hours due to short staff. Not companies fault, just lack of applicants in this certain area.

Pros

Food can be pretty good and servers are not limited to a 2-3 table sections. There are times when they'll have 1-2 servers running the entire dining room. Because you get so many tables, you can make decent money.

Cons

Management is not the best. There's also no system for getting seated, so servers get skipped all of the time when there's favoritism involved. There's also certain games on certain TV's on Sundays, so if you have the section with a non-popular game, you'll end up only making minimum wage. I saw servers without a single table for 1-2 hours while other servers were getting triple sat.
