      Good to work mostly they will send on client side

      Cons

      salary issue salary always late i.e. pay after 15th of every month When joining they will say you salary will be 15k and you will get around 13k in hand but when receiving salary they will deduct around 4k and u will get only 11k in hand . Geekay HR is worst .. if you are joining this company plz don't believe whatever they say , ask him to give in written because they will change their words many time

      - Opportunities at Client Site - Extra Training Sessions (General Corporate communications etc) - Friendly People

      Cons

      - Some HR issues (Clarity in certain policies) - I got new HR policy a month before I left, that seemed to clear doubts but I had already resigned! - Salary can be better - Was at same client site for 2 years hence got bored

      Near station. If you want to avoid traveling on the cost of dissatisfaction, frustration and no work life balance

      They will keep saying it n number of times we want to be organized , cultured, professional and a growing org but unfortunately they are confused , lost and don't know how to achieve. Though I was holding such a high position I had to resign in 3 months as I can't work in the environment where you give ur best but they are least bothered n believe just in criticism . It's never a team work it's more of boss and slave kind of environment where the CEO wants follower and not the one who will work for the benefit of organization. HR of the company is amazingly working exactly opposite of their role. Kudos My honest opinion if you want a dissatisfied life pls join Geekay
