      Pros

      Honest, straight forward company, good technology, some very smart traders and a flexible lifestyle

      Cons

      Some people struggle with the entrepreneurial nature of the company, they have been in the game a long time and know when they see someone who can make it or not, some people struggle with accepting this and feel they should have more time.

      My Salary of about the upper $70 K.

      Cons

      I'm working all the time! I leave for work at 5:00 am get home around 6:00 pm. I'm bringing my lap top to family functions, just so I can be able to fix anything that happens, so I don't have to go in to the office! It's taking a toll on my personal life!

      - Talented individual traders - Fun parties + happy hours - Some great managers - Good training program

      Cons

      Compensation + Fees - Salary + pnl payout well below market rate - IP theft by PM and not being paid for profitable ideas - Opaque discretionary pnl payout, i.e. bonus unknown until December - Unreasonably high desk fees + tech costs Structural Issues - Outdated tech - Low collaboration + silo'd infrastructure - Poor management within some trading desks - High turnover
