- Coworkers are great. Gem hires very nice people. - Competitive Salaries - Technology is great and there is PMF

Cons

- Leadership is not fit for next phase of growth. Company had second layoff and has reduced workforce from 300 to 100 with no concrete strategy to fix the problems that got us there. - All the good leadership is gone and those left in the room don’t care about the interests of growing the business and instead want to keep their friends around. - Political: They let go of top performers but kept under performers because they were the bosses buddies. - Says their values are important but doesn’t really care about diversity. They let go of almost every women in sales including those doing significantly better than men in the organization
