      no pros, may weekend off

      Cons

      stupid senior employees and HR. they treat you like a slave, give salary like peanuts and that too never on time. they don't even have idea about git lol they work on a shared server no localhost. never give salary on time but will expect u to come on time and work till late. also lot of stupid rules like bond, security, etc.

      Leveraged 2.5+ year of experience and work knowledge with latest technology in the market. Work environment is good and supportive in industry.
