Consistency at the clinical level, trainings offered, guidance from upper management is always available, standard salary range, strong internship program, like to hire from within so there's tons of opportunity for growth within the company for those who desire it.

Cons

No company is perfect, there are your standard challenges within the company, but nothing that hinder you in the workplace. Sometimes there are shifts in upper management that can trickle down and be felt at the clinical level.
