Pros

No weekend Work, 7am to 3:30 hrs are very convenient

Cons

They are always looking at you from cameras makes you feel watched an uncomfortable. Deals mostly with staffing agencies, after the hours fulfilled with the agency an they hire you, you are not permanent you have to do another probation period, if they didn't want u in the 6 months that you are there why do they need 3 more months to decide, an you get a whopping $0.50 increase when you get hired, employees only work there because its money for the time they have the highest turn over in any company i have seen , pays less to get more work, the employees jokingly keeps the badge of those people that left the job to show how management seems not to know what they are doing. My count in the secondary department was 50 turn over from January 2017 to May 2017 an that's just one department.
