      --bureaucracy is kept to a minimum, focus is on what matters --people are genuinely collaborative and respectful to one another --focus on sustainability helps to ensure a sense of shared purpose

      Cons

      Generation is not for everyone -- it would be a poor choice of workplace for individuals who are very political, short-term oriented, or are all style with no substance

      Great benefits, inspiring place to work, majority nice group of people to work with, intellectually curious and always striving to do more and better. Culture of people taking ownership of their work and going beyond their core roles.

      Cons

      Bullying fills the space left by poor management, inexperienced individuals put in leadership positions too early and for too long, greed and self-interest go unchecked, the most senior leaders don’t ’walk the talk’.
