Recruitment excercise carried out at Generation UK can be likened only to a scam. I quit at stage 5 when advised there might be "two more tasks to complete and one more interview" - at which point I already completed two tasks, an online assessment and two interviews. The tasks they throw at people are very involved (the task I completed required creation of a candidate assessment model form scratch, complete data field review, choose candidates for them and document all of this.) You are kindly informed what you submit is for "public consumption" hence the org will have no problem using a candidate's model or its derivative in its business operations going onwards.
