Pros

A lot of good people

Cons

Management is trained to beat down their employees for mistakes and pay them as little as possible (worst management I have ever seen in over 25-years in business) Really bad people in high places Who you know and who you are related to is what determines placement in company Single customer relationship with Fortune 50 company that rules the entire company and determines financial stubility Company is governed by a corporate shell (Genesis) that removes budgets from successful arms to start new businesses, which continually causes hardships within the earning companies - no training, no raises and bad benefits Extremely cut-throat

Pros

None what so ever. Stay away from this place at all costs. They tore down a beautiful network integration center and turned it into a sweat shop.

Cons

Bad management. Title thrown around like candy. Expect to work long hours with no compensation. Always they carry the threat of lay offs.
