Too many of the staff have held positions here for 5-7 years+. It means you won't be able to break into their tight magic circle and will be viewed as not fitting into their culture when in fact, the culture is trying to ebb and flow as new people join but it's being forced to be static by firing the new people. So don't bother leaving a great job thinking you will fit right in
