Pros

No pros as they say they do something but it never materialise. Get to meet nice people from around the world

Cons

Ok were to start first the whole company is a con. They promise things that never happen the upper management only talk to you when they have a share holder or executive visiting your store. Pay is not great for the work you have to do. You have to many hours or not many at all depending on the shop or who called in sick. As you work inside whole foods you come secound whole foods managers/supervisors are rude they look down on genji staff.

Sushi Woes

Pros

Free sushi, and you work in Whole Foods, so you occasionally get good deals. Morning shift is usually fun

Cons

You work in Whole Foods, but you don't get any of the benefits Whole Foods employees enjoy. Health plan is terrible, and if you are salaried, then you will work 10-20 hours of unpaid overtime.
