      Pros

      I enjoy the breadth of experience I get at Genus. I am exposed to all levels of the company. The company is friendly and cares about the employees. They have a structured and objective review process in place.

      Cons

      Because Genus is a smaller company, the structure is flatter, so there are less structured career paths in place. That being said, they look for opportunities to stretch and develop their people.

      Low pay Management has no intention of providing career growth/advancement and will look to hire at minimum salary High turnover - not surprising because of low pay and lack of career growth
