Actually there are so many cons that a person cannot count and i don't want to waste my valuable thoughts on such a FILTHY company and trust me I am damn serious. People don't leave their company they leave their managers.. and here you can find most baseless and disgusting managers ever in your life.. so you can choose what you need. J

Office location is difficult. Outside Gurgaon they have taken office location far near manesar. Their building is of 14 floors and no other office is there. It's an empty building ,you will never feel safe. Lifts are not in good condition. No facility for food service, no canteen and no restaurant nearby. Leave policy is not employee friendly. Only12 leaves in a year. They don't allow to take EL. Policies are not employee friendly. No benefits like incentive or bonus and no motivation to work. Employee benefits are zero. So sleepy environment. No activity for employee, no outings. Leaders cannot speak a word of English but they work for London clients. All should take English classes. Unprofessional environment
