Good company culture with positive learning environment. Had a good team with talented senior Engineers.

Pros

It will help you realize that if you are common man in this country someone with good connections can do anything with you. - They can use your services and not pay you for months over months. - They can get away without issuing you form 16, not pay your pf, not even pay the income tax - Raise FCCB worth 1000 Cr. No buddy to Question - No money to pay the employees but companies balance sheet shows profit consistently and SEBI doesn't notice anything wrong with it. - Default bank loans, show profit consistently, fool the investors with a fake balance sheet. Noting is seen wrong with the Auditing firm and CA's involved. - While you experince what your family is going through because of no salary you can watch the promoters happily enjoy there life with costliest cars, costliest possible house and Keep your neck up in the society like a hero and roam around like a proud man. So the pros are I learned that you can be a computer engg, M.B.A from good college but your just a small Kida in this country if you are dealing with someone with Good links. This company helped me realize what means to be a common man in this country. Such different unique experiences that no company had given till now.

Nothing... Its totally fraud... Don't even expect the salary as of now...

First thing... Don't expect Salary... I'm a former employer.. like me.. there are more than 60% of the employees left the company within this 4 months, because we were NOT PAID salaries for more than 6 months.. the remaining 40% employees are sincerely searching for some other job even for low salaries. There is no communication from the management regarding this salary issue. They just say "We will give salary if money comes but don't ask when will it come because even we don't know". Guys, don't spoil your career. Even HR also left the organisation all because fo 6 months salary dues. You know, from April 2012 to till date, they have deducted the PF, Income Tax, but they are NOT depositing in the concerned government offices and they simply issue'ing the payslip till this month with out giving the salary. For the past two years, there was NO APPRAISALS. (Obviously, we are not even getting our salary for the past six months). No body responds from the management. If you ask for salary, they will forcefully ask you to take leave without pay. Many of our guys have experienced it. Being a listed company, they are doing all sort of nuisance and unfortunately the government is also not taking any action. Employees are not writing many things fearing that, their career will be spoiled. Every quarter they are releasing their financial statements with huge profits but reality is not even able to pay the salary and PF and Tax for the past six months. We former employees have decided to wait for another one month to receive our 6 months salary, otherwise, next step would be like, exposing their real face to Media, Public, PF department etc. and finally going to take legal action. f we are mailing to finance team and hr regarding our salary dues, NO body is responding. We are struggling so hard to receive our salary and PF dues and its a lesson for their false promises. Guys, think well, if you have doubt regarding my statements, you check with former employees, your friends before joining. Worst thing is, they don't have not even 1% of transparency when it comes to the financial aspect. They simply call themselves as VPs (Vice Presidents) who is incharge for bangalore facility, but when you ask your basic rights i.e., When will is get my salary? then he will immediately say in US accent "I don't know, I'm also like you, when money is available then we will give you" and next time if you ask in the meeting, he will threaten you like, "If are interested work here but don't ask salary otherwise you can take a call (means you can quit)" or they will forcefully give leave without pay for indefinite period. Few employees got this leave without pay offer (though they served the company for 5 or 6 years) just for asking salary. Because of this frustration and to maintain the self respect, few employees have resigned and few don't have options but to wait for some other job offers. Even for the guy who is running the canteen in bangalore office, for them they have to pay 4 months dues. In bangalore office, now there is NO HR, NO ACCOUNTS TEAM, they all left due to the salary issues.
