Ok company to work for if you are at the top

If you are management you get away with alot - leaving when you want - working from home etc

Cons

If you are a general dogs body there is little room for progression - always feel like you are being watched - all they care about it sales sales sales - care more for your employees

No good reasons to list why one should work for George Fischer. No progression unless your face fits within the organisation. If you like to keep management happy in other ways, you can get company cars.

Cons

If your off sick your deciplined. Your monitored how many times you go to the toilet. It's like being back at school. Management are not people friendly.

- Poor HR function - People who performs get more work whilst those don’t perform continue remain - over controlling from Divisional HO and lack of trust from top management to regional team.
