      Pros

      A few of the old Geosoft are still around and they still a very decent people

      Cons

      After Seequent purchase, over 20 senior managers were let go, even though they were assured of jobs by the former President and CEO.

      Pros

      Not perfect, but a great place to work for many years prior to purchase by Seequent. Some really great people there and a genuine family feel.

      Cons

      Changes immediately after the takeover were brutal, poorly executed and massively disruptive.

      People use to matter and they had flexible work hours and policies.

      After the Seequent purchase people no longer matter and flexibility went out the door.
