Pros

The manager when in store does an amazing job at keeping the employees at bay and busy. She really is the backbone of the store and is always on top of most situations. The store is kept neat and clean. The store does have flaws and is something she is trying to clean up

Cons

This store does not do any merit or demerits for either a good or bad job. Assistant manager and sales manager proceed to do what they want when the store manager is away at other stores doing extended work of her own job. The assistant manager only does her job when she really needs to, or when upper management comes down on the store manager.

Being on the phones all day can burn you out fast

You will get paid, and work is not difficult

Cons

Being an account manager you still may need to do deliveries or repos if drivers aren't available. If your shirt and tie are ruined during a delivery (like mine was), you're out of luck. Long mandatory work days and no vacation until you have been there for a year. I quit right at my 1 year mark.
