      - It can be an intense environment, so you must enjoy your work. And be very driven. - There’s pro’s and cons to this point. Business is not afraid to make org changes to improve results. It’s not a place for people who want structure and predictable nature of work.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time in the team. When I joined things were building and although still evolving, I can see we are getting real traction on revenue and user growth. Feeling is positive in the company overall and people are amazing. Unlike some of the other co's ive worked for they have a lot of promotion opportunities for people that are committed and Ive been fortunate to be given some opportunities to step up.

      Cons

      There is a lot of big changes all of the time. You have to be resilient to this and stayed focused as they can get distracting.
