      Pros

      We work really hard at creating a fun and personable atmosphere even though we are decentralized. This group truly looks out for each other.

      Cons

      The federal construction world can be difficult and is not glamorous. It takes a unique person to thrive in this environment all while working in a remote location.

      No one micromanages you, no tracking of days or time off, they care about you and your family

      Cons

      Because no one manages you, they only hire people who are self motivated which is great for the team members who are and bad for those who can’t do their own work without being managed. Those don’t last here.
