Pros

The customers are great with understanding as long as you are vocal and communicative. They are in the "I want to know business" so it is only right to not only sell them products but do it with honesty.

Cons

It's the management on salary that has to much power and the overloaded work balls to those working hourly. It becomes overwhelming and tiring, which makes you not want to work for the company. Too much power to one person is not the best choice.

Pros

min benifits pay low but at least its a job. Cute and creative products, not an overwhelming amount of junk.

Cons

Management is not qualified, hiring is unbalanced corporate expectes larger sales, ie furniture, but cant seem to get that end of delivery and selection together. why wait 4-8 weeks for something amazon delivers in 5 days! Having children is not brain surgery as evident to our population, but apparently getting from a to b is. Management experience, as in none and responsibilities are crazy!!

I began at giggle with 5 years of retail experience as a part-time sales lead at $11 an hour and got a $1 raise when I became full-time. I was in college and took a lot of pride in my job and I put it before school, switching to all online courses to allow a more flexible work schedule. My first bosses were total jokes with no education or customer service skills. But I loved the concept and the product so I stayed. They were soon fired as were the district managers. I was offered the position of Assistant Manager and was thrilled. However, the charm quickly faded when I realized my pay was far below what they had paid anyone in my position before. My new manager chalked it up to me being the youngest manager in the company. I put it aside, worked hard, graduated from college Summa Cum Laude and received no recognition by the company. Soon my manager left for maternity leave and I was left to run the store. No raise, no instruction, no help. I was basically told I was still the assistant and nothing changed despite having no manager above me and taking on all of the responsibilities of the store manager. I left giggle and 3 months later it closed. I had recommended an outstanding young gentlemen in college to fill my position, they declined. So in total, working hard at this company does nothing. If you are young and a hard worker, they don't care, if you sell they don't care. It doesn't make any sense and I expect many store closing in the future.
