management trust skills, and build future with employees, by sharing clear vision, and endless support on a daily basis generous salaries compared to other companies, and good life work balance

you have to be multi skilled to manage daily tasks, no one is special , you have to do : sales, consulting, finance, hr, IT, ... need more people to be hired to match the current need of the market, but we do understand that skills are build and they cant be found everywhere.
