      Salary is not bad, you get to work with people from different regions.

      Cons

      Their internal communication was bad. The code used across the team is poor, resulting in inconsistency across the site. Communication with the client was not handled professionally and responsibly. Bad quality checking and results in bad task delivery, clients get upset with the quality of work delivered, BUT clients still need to pay because the company charge by the hour of work and does not ensure the job gets done properly... The internal code review process is messy. The quality of code is bad, adding to the bad internal process and lack of communications, making it really difficult to
