      Pros

      Spectacular product over every competitor. Developers and support teams, etc. know the product in and out. Work life balance - amazing. Product itself has mass potential and already succeeded.

      Cons

      No internal organization, no proven culture, *1 man* marketing, no team. Huge disconnect and culture clashes.
