Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear you had a positive experience with the people, work environment, and flexibility during your time at Glasswall.
We appreciate your feedback regarding team structure and favoritism. Since your time with the company, we’ve undergone significant changes to how we operate, particularly in Customer Support, where we restructured the team almost three years ago to improve clarity, accountability, and responsiveness to our users. This transformation was an important step in becoming more customer-centric and aligning our internal teams to better support long-term success.
While decisions around restructuring and layoffs are never easy, we always aim to handle them with transparency and respect.
Thank you again for your contributions to the team, and we wish you the very best in your next chapter.
- Technical ability of the teams is high
- Everyone is nice and very work focussed
- Competitive salaries and increasingly better benefits
- Fully remote working available for all engineers, with an office option
Cons
- Maternity and Paternity leave is not competitive
- Not for those looking for a community-focussed work environment, after-work socials, out-of-office activities, etc
- Not for those looking for heavy guidance, work here relies on autonomy, maturity and initiative

I can list so many reasons why I love working at glasswall, but I will narrow it down to my top 5 reasons:
- Innovation: Glasswall is fast pace in terms of innovation and this has helped me learn so much since I started. I came in with AWS experience, but about to add Azure and GKE on my skill set. This is amazing.
- Very heavy on team collaboration and the team is very welcoming.
- Women in Tech group: This is a safe space for the small group of women in Glasswall and we meet and have very meaningful conversations.
- Non-judgemental: no question or idea is too small at Glasswall and we encourage each other to speak up.
- Ability to work from "almost" anywhere in the world if you can handle the time difference.
