      Great security for all year round seasons Great pay and growth with time and learning licenses + certificates At first you’ll work with others then eventually on your own

      Cons

      Some of the guys work by salary so they’ll be more likely to rush the jobs to get out quickly while you’re trying to earn by the hour at first During the winter you’ll need to be out in the cold for a bit so that’s up to preference
