      Pros

      Benefits are very good. You can screw over the customers to the point of them firing the company and not lose your job. If you want to work 4 hours but get paid for 8, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Managers do not hold themselves accountable for ANYTHING! It will always be the employees fault, no matter what. Upper management makes a lot of promises they do not keep. They believe simply because they say they will do something, they do not have to actually do it. Craziest thing I have ever seen!

      Pros

      Paychecks didn’t bounce. There are some good people.

      Cons

      No vision. Ownership is only worried with themselves. They will take advantage of you in the way out. You only have a future with the company if you are based in the Lafayette office, and then only a 30% chance. Unkept promises - raises, bonuses, etc. never happened.

      Upper management (minus the CEO) is friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      low pay - never got higher compensation even after multiple yearly reviews and requests insensitive ceo - employees are treated as robots for his money machine boring work environment - welcome to the zombified workplace. Cubicles, grey walls, lack of personality.
