      Not the greatest employer need management training

      Pros

      Good pay unlimited overtime good benefits. Employees seem to care about their work. Great company future growth potential looking to do new product lines.

      Cons

      No training on standard ways of doing things......but managers have a fit if things are done improperly. Managers also share personal information with hourly employees
