      Mixed Review of good and room for improvement

      Pros

      Loved the people there and the passion that they bring everyday. Very adept at bringing new product to the market and the marketing support around it is top notch.

      Cons

      Need to have a CPG focused sales mentality if you want to compete in a CPG world. The CPG sales model has changed drastically even prior to the pandemic. Shippers and free displays aren't a sustainable go to market strategy.
