Unreliable and no organisation on site, No training or room for questions / feedback, No variation / production work, Bad management, Job finished 2 weeks earlier so we were all sent home at 10 am. Work as contractor so no benefits. No on going work.

You can be made unemployed within 3 days of your start date, if you do not reach a required standard. You're given inadequate tools to work with and suggestions are often ignored. You're job title is not fixed - between the interview and my start day I was put into a completely different role than the one i applied for. We shared one kitchenette between 90 people. My project manager was given little or no prior training upon taking on a project team. After making queries about the work, I would often be given vague answers that were more often than not, incorrect or confusing.
