An amazing company culture and stratospheric growth!
Pros
This company is led by an amazing team, with a truly inclusive ethos. The organisation is completely flat, and you can find time with any of the more 'senior' people as easily as the more 'junior' ones. We have a policy of hiring the very best, and very brightest people. You can see that in every interaction you have with colleagues - you always have to bring your 'A-game' to every task in order to keep up! We are growing really quickly, and that opens opportunities to move to areas outside of your core role. Maybe helping the leadership team fill a skills or knowledge gap, or joining one of the cross-functional teams to impart knowledge of our customers to the onboarding or product teams. Overall though, the biggest pro is the culture of the company. I have never found one that is better.
Cons
We are growing quickly - that doesn't suit everyone! If you want a desk, a 9-5 culture and to be doing exactly the same thing day to day, week to week then this is probably not the company for you. I see it as a pro - but I know there are a lot of people who crave stability and consistency in their working life who will see this as a con.
