1. Good platform for anyone to learn alot about film marketing and other businesses 2. They trust and believe in the team to execute projects end to end which enables a lot of learning 3. Fun times during festives 4. No targets but a certain goal is assigned

1. Weekly meetings to be more effective 2. too much trust on team member which leads a deficit in performance

Better work environment during festivals. Slight opportunities to build contacts
Cons
they follow a very rigid work environment where management policies of this company change at their own whims and fancies. An extremely demotivating work environment follows where any suggestions for any betterment are not encouraged or if given aren't appreciated. Lack working skills and surely they are no where the best in this field despite the 11 years experience.
